Counselling

Sometimes life throws us off balance, and we need to pause, take stock, breathe, and find our footing again. Whether you’re facing change, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, sitting with grief or heartache, experiencing anxiety, panic, irritability, confusion,  a low mood, or feeling the impact of childhood wounds, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, counselling can offer ways to create calm, restore balance and manage stress more effectively.

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and down to earth.  I am committed to focusing on what matters most to you and working together to find science backed, practical and thoughtful ways to support you to listen within, gently shift old patterns, uncover new perspectives, and discover ways to move through life with more ease.

I am committed to creating a space where your own wisdom can be accessed and healing and growth are promoted.  If you are interested, counselling can include working with images, symbols and creative writing.

I believe that change is possible for all of us and that change happens best with a gentle, steady pace.   Both short-term and long-term in-depth therapy are available online for people aged 18 and above living in Australia.
